我怎样注册账户?

注册账户时请使用您的常用电子邮箱。您的考试申请都会通过该邮箱与我们沟通。请填写您的个人信息及联系方式。请注意您登记的内容必须是真实信息。您完成注册后,我们将向您的电子邮箱里发送一封邮件以激活账户。


注册后如果长时间没有收到注册邮件怎么办?

使用注册的信息登录您的帐户,在“我的帐户”下面点击“短消息”,会有一封内容为考试在线报名帐号激活的消息,通过消息中的激活链接可以激活您的帐户。请注意帐户激活后才可以进行考试报名。


我怎样才能改变个人注册信息?

您的部分个人信息可以通过“我的帐户”下的“个人信息”菜单自行编辑,如手机号码;地址;邮政编码
但是如果您需要改变下列信息,请联系我们的工作人员进行操作,同时需提供证明材料(例如护照或身份证的复印件):注册邮箱,姓名,性别,生日,身份证号码/护照号。


我如何注册大学补考/入学考试?

请登录您的账户,选择“我要报名”。选择“考试中心”后,在“考试类型”里选择“学院课程类考试”或“中学证书类考试”)。然后选择“考试产品”、在下拉菜单中选择您学校的名称。选中以后请在考试注册页面里选择您的考试所在的月份。您可在首场考试前6个月内注册考试。


预约表是什么?

当您注册大学考试或中学入学考试时,您需要下载预约表,并将预约表发送给大学/学校。大学/学校会将填写完成后的预约表寄回给英国大使馆/领事馆文化教育处UK考试服务中心。

请注意以下情况不需要下载和发送预约表:

1. 您的学校或考试机构已向我处提供您的考试安排

2. 您注册的是伦敦大学远程教育的课程

3. 您注册的是CIE或Pearson Edexcel考试

4. 您注册的是DELTA考试


我如何注册剑桥测评考试?

请登录您的账户,选择“我要报名”。选择“考试中心”,在“考试类型”里选择“剑桥测评考试”并在下拉菜单中选择您的考试名称。选中后请在考试注册页面里选择您的考试所在的月份。您可在首场考试前6个月内注册考试。选中之后,请根据页面指示完成注册流程。您需要上传填写完整的考试报名表。注册页面提供了空白表格下载链接。上传的文件必须是zip格式压缩文件且不得超过5M大小。zip压缩文件的官方下载地址如下: www.winzip.com

我如何注册ACCA CBE考试?

请登录您的账户,选择“我要报名”。选择“考试中心”后,在“考试类型”里选择“职业考试” 并在下拉菜单中选择“ACCA CBE”。选中以后请在考试注册页面里选择您的考试科目及考试时间。或者,如果考试中心提供预约考试服务,您可以选择预约考试并上传您想参加考试的日期。您可以在提供的时间段内选择考试日期,我们无法保证但会尽可能地满足您的要求。请注意您只能在首场考试前的6个月注册您的相关考试信息。选中之后,请根据页面指示完成注册流程。


我的考试类型不在注册页面,怎么办?

请确认您选择了正确的考试类型。如果您仍然没有找到您的考试产品名称,请联系我们。


我在支付考试费用之前如何更改或取消考试申请?

一般情况下您的申请状态会在您首场考试前10天变更为“申请等待支付”。在此之前您可以联系我们更改或取消考试。但是,一旦申请状态变为“申请等待支付”,则无法更改考试申请信息。在此之后,如果您想修改报考信息,请重新提交考试申请,并告知我们取消原来的考试申请。


我在网上支付考试费用以后如何取消考试?

您需要联系我们提出退考申请。请注意如下退考政策:

考生于考试日的5个工作日之前提出退考申请,并提供相关证明(包括医院或公安局事故证明)。经我处核实并批准后可退回已交本地考试费用的50%。

考生于考试日的5个工作日内提出退考申请或考试当天缺席,本地考试费用将不予退还。

如果您的退款申请被批准,您的退款会在1个月内返还至付款账户。

网上报名服务费用在线支付是否安全便捷?

网上报名系统用户在线支付采取方便快捷的在线支付方式,由第三方支付服务提供商首信易支付平台 (PayEase) 实现。首信易支付自1999年3月开始运行,是中国首家实现跨银行跨地域提供多种银行卡在线交易的网上支付服务平台,现支持全国范围多家银行在线支付。首信易支付作为具有国家资质认证、政府投资背景的中立第三方网上支付平台拥有雄厚的实力和卓越的信誉。同时,它也是国内唯一通过 ISO 9001:2000质量管理体系认证的支付平台。


哪些服务费用可以在线支付?哪家银行的网银服务可以选择?

首信易支付平台(Payease)支持全国范围内12家银行卡在线支付考试网上报名服务费用,包括中国工商银行、招商银行、中国建设银行、交通银行、中国农业银行、中国银行、北京银行、广发银行、兴业银行、中国民生银行、深圳发展银行、平安银行。


银行卡在线支付需要支付手续费吗? 

是的,国内银行卡在线支付手续费为网上交易额的百分之零点八(0.8 %),由持卡人自行承担,在线支付考试费时一并付款。
Visa和Mastercard在线支付手续费为网上交易额的百分之三点五(3.5%), 由持卡人自行承担,在线支付考试费时一并付款。

我还可以采取其他支付方式吗,例如邮政汇款或者现金支付?

我处不接受其它支付形式。如果考生采取邮政汇款,我处将通过邮局退款给考生。


我的电脑是Windows 7系统,在进行网上支付没有成功是什么原因?

建议您在支付时选用32位的IE浏览器,有些银行的支付界面不支持64位的IE浏览器。Windows 7 系统里选择32位IE浏览器的方法:点击“开始”,在“所有程序”里选择“Internet Explorer”,而不要选择 “Internet Explorer (64 bit)”。另外,在尝试一家银行支付失败后,需要等至少10分钟以上在转到其他银行界面付款。


如果我在进行网上付款时网络连接断掉,该如何处理?

在这种情况下,通常您的付款过程尚处于未完成阶段。如有需要请联系相应银行服务热线以确定您的付款程序和状态。


如何确认我的网上报名服务费用已付?

通常网上报名服务平台用户在线支付系统会即时收到您的付款确认,您的申请会显示为“已付费申请”,服务状态会显示为“待处理”。偶尔也会出现因银行系统延迟向首信易在线支付系统确认您的付款状态而导致的延迟情况。请在付款1天后登陆网上报名系统查看支付状态。


如果我付款后我的申请状态仍然显示为“未付费申请”怎么办?

考试准考证及考场安排

在哪里可以打印准考证,准考证有什么用?

您确认支付考试费用以后,系统会给您发邮件提醒您申请状态变更为“打印准考证”。您可以登录帐号。选择导航栏中的“准考证打印”。选择“考试名称”后点击“查询”以打印准考证。请注意您必须在考试当天携带准考证入场。

How do I register an account?

Please use your primary email address to register an account. You will receive all updates on your exam application through the registered email address. Fill in your personal information and contact information. Please note you must use your authentic information. You will receive an email to activate your account.


What shall I do if I haven’t received the verification email after registering my account for a long time?

You can log into your account using the registered information. Click “Message” under “My Account”. Check the message named “Examinations Online Registration Account Activation”. You can activate your account through the link in the message. Please note you can only register exams after the account has been activated.


What shall I do if I want to modify the registered personal information?

You can modify the following information by yourself in My Account/Personal Information: Mobile number; Address; Post code

But if you want to modify the following information: Registered Email, Name, Gender, Date of Birth, ID/Passport Number; you must contact our staff to process the modification and supporting documents may be required such as photocopy of passport or National ID card.


How do I register a university re-sit/ school entrance exam?

Log in to your account and click ‘exam registration’. Selecta test centre, then select University Exams/School Exams as Exam Category, and the university/school name from the drop down list. Then you will come to the exam application page. Enter the month in which your exam(s) will take place. Please note exam registration opens 6 months before the first exam date. Then follow the instructions on the page to complete the application.


What is a booking form?

When registering university exams or school exams, you need to download a booking form and send it to the relevant person in the university or school by yourself. We will expect the form to be completed by your university or school and sent to us.

Please note the following situations DON’T apply to this process:
1. The university or exam board has provided your exams arrangements to British Council offices
2. You register the exams of University of London distance learning courses
3.You register the exams of CIE or Edexcel
4.You register the exams of DELTA


How do I register a Cambridge Assessment exam?

Log in to your account and click ‘exam registration’. Select a test centre, select Cambridge Assessment Admissions Tests as Exam Category and the exam name from the drop down list. Then you will come to the exam application page. Enter the month in which your exam(s) will take place. Please note exam registration opens 6 months before the first exam date. Then follow the instructions on the page to complete the application. You need to upload the completed application form of your exam. The blank application form can be downloaded from the link on the page when it is available. The file submitted must be a .zip file and cannot exceed 5M.

Log in to your account and click ‘exam registration’. Select the test centre, select University Exam as Exam Category and the University of London from the drop down list. Then you will come to the exam application page. Enter the month in which your exam(s) will take place. Please note exam registration opens 6 months before the first exam date. Then follow the instructions on the page to complete the application. You need to upload the completed application form of the University of London distance learning course. The file submitted must be a .zip file and cannot exceed 5M.

How do I register an ACCA CBE exam?

Log in to your account and click exam registration. Select the test centre, then select ACCA as Exam Category, and ACCA CBE from the drop down list. Then you will come to the exam application page. Select the exam subject and exam time provided on the registration page. Or if the centre provides tests which can be booked on demand , you may choose to take an on-demand test and input the date you wish to take the exam. You can choose provided timeslots on weekdays and we will try our best to accommodate your request but it cannot be guaranteed. Please note exam registration opens 6 months before the first exam date. Then follow the instructions on the page to complete the application.


What shall I do if I cannot find the exam I want to take from the list?

Please make sure you choose the correct exam category. If you still cannot find the exam product, please contact our staff. The contact details can be found in ‘contact us’.


How to alter or cancel exam of my exam application before I pay the exam fee online?

Normally, your application status will be changed to “waiting for payment” 10 days before your first exam date. Before that, you can contact us to change or cancel exams. But once the application status has changed to “waiting for payment”, the exam application cannot be changed any more. If you would like to alter the exam information, you need to submit a new application while inform us at the same time to ignore your previous one.


How to cancel my exams after I paid the exam fee online?

You need to contact us to raise your request for exam cancellation and please note the cancellation policy as follows:

50% of the local charge can be refunded if cancellation is requested at least five working days prior to the examination with sufficient evidence or explanation. Evidence should be issued by an authorised body.

No refund is provided if a cancellation request is received within five working days of the examination or if the candidate is absent from the examination.

If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be transferred to your bank account in one month.

Is the Exam Online Registration system secure as well as being convenient?

Exam Online Registration System users can pay for all the exam service fees conveniently and instantly through the on-line payment channel (realized by a third-party on-line payment service provider PayEase On-line Payment Platform). PayEase started its service from March, 1999 and is the first on-line payment service platform in China utilizing a multiple-bank and multiple-city service. The comprehensive payment platform supports the major of bank cards in China. With its national certification and government investment background, PayEase enjoys a highly competitive market leading position and excellent reputation. It is also the only third-party payment platform accredited by ISO 9001: 2000 quality assurance system in China.


Which banks' e-banking service can be used?

Payease on-line payment platform supports 12 bank cards in China to pay the exams service fees on-line: Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, Bank of Beijing, Guangdong Development Bank, Industrial Bank, China Mingsheng Bank, Shenzhen Development Bank, and Ping An Bank.


Do I need to pay any bank card on-line payment surcharge?

Yes, domestic bank card on-line payment surcharge is 0.008 of online transaction amount for each successful transaction. This surcharge is paid by the bank card owner directly together with exam fees.
Visa and Marstercard on-line payment surcharge is 0.035 of online transaction amount for each successful transaction. This surcharge is paid by the bank card owner directly together with exam fees.

Can I use other payment methods, e.g. via postal remittance or cash payment?

Please kindly note that we don't accept other means of payment. For candidates who uses postal remittance, we will refund the payment through the Post Office.


I am using Windows 7 and I am not able to make the payment online. What shall I do?

We suggest that you use the 32 bit IE explorer when making payment online. Some banks’ online payment platforms don’t support 64 bit IE explorer. Please follow the steps to set your 32 bit IE explorer in Windows 7: Click “Start” and “All Program”, then select “Internet Explorer”. Do not select “Internet Explorer (64 bit)”. If you haven’t succeeded in making payment via one bank, you need to wait at least 10 minutes to try another bank.


What if my internet connection goes down during on-line payment?

Normally your on-line payment is not yet completed under such situation. Please contact your designated bank to confirm the payment progress and status if necessary.


How can I confirm my exam fee has been paid successfully?

Normally the Online Registration System will receive your payment confirmation instantly and Payment successful will be shown in the application status. Occasionally, delays might be caused by a slow bank response to the PayEase On-line Payment Platform. Please log on to the Online Registration System to check your payment status 1 day after payment.


What if my application status still shows Application waiting for payment after I paid successfully?

If your application status doesn't show a successful paid record 1 day after you make the on-line payment, please contact us directly.

Exam confirmation letter and exam sitting:

When can I print out the Exam Confirmation Letter and what the use of it?

After your payment is confirmed, the system will send you an email to remind you that your application status has changed to “Print exam confirmation letter”. You can login to your account. Click “Confirmation” in the navigation bar. Select the exam name and click query to print your exam confirmation letter. Please note you MUST bring this letter along with you on the exam day.
